PRESENCE garments are made-to-order and may include customization based on the information, measurements, preferences, and styling selections provided by the customer.
Because garments are individually produced, each order may involve variations in fit, drape, texture, color tone, and finishing that are natural to customized and made-to-order production.
Product images, styling visuals, renders, and illustrations are intended to provide a general representation of the garment and may not precisely represent the final product in every detail.
3. Measurements, Fit & Customer Information
The quality of fit and fall depends substantially on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the customer.
Customers may be guided through:
- physical measurements,
- fit-related questions,
- body-shape inputs,
- and optional mobile-based body scanning technologies.
By submitting measurements or body-shape information, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
PRESENCE will make commercially reasonable efforts to produce garments that align closely with the information submitted by the customer. However, exact fit outcomes may vary depending on:
- posture,
- body asymmetry,
- weight fluctuation,
- fabric behavior,
- styling selections,
- and other natural factors affecting garment fall and fit.
PRESENCE does not guarantee a perfect fit in every instance.
4. Customization Selections
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming:
- size selections,
- sleeve selections,
- neckline selections,
- hemline selections,
- customization choices,
- shipping information,
- and other order details before submitting an order.
Once production has commenced, certain modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
5. Pricing & Product Availability
Prices, customization options, fabric availability, shipping timelines, and product availability may change without prior notice.
PRESENCE reserves the right to:
- refuse or cancel orders,
- discontinue products,
- substitute unavailable materials with commercially reasonable comparable alternatives where appropriate,
- or correct pricing, technical, or typographical errors.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including:
- product designs,
- garment renders,
- photography,
- branding,
- logos,
- text,
- graphics,
- layouts,
- and creative materials
are owned by PRESENCE or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability

- consequential damages,
- loss of profits,
- or losses arising from delays, fit expectations, or customer-provided information.
Total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.
