The quality of the fit and fall depends greatly on the accuracy of the information you share with us regarding your measurements, proportions, and body shape.

To help us achieve the best possible result, we may guide you through: physical body measurements, fit-related questions, and optional mobile-based body scanning using widely used technologies offered by companies such as Size Stream, True to Form, and 3D Tailor.

On our part, we will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that the garment is made true to the information you provide, so that the clothes align as closely as possible with your individual body and style preferences.

Your privacy is important to us. Once your order is received, your personal identity is encrypted and separated from the information used for garment development and manufacturing. Throughout the production process, teams work only with an encrypted customer ID rather than your personal identity.

Only at the shipping stage is the encrypted identity decoded by the system and shared with the logistics team for delivery purposes. The logistics team is not privy to your fit, measurement, or body-shape information.
