Steps: How To Order

   Browse the PRESENCE collections and select the dress you would like to order. On the Product Page, you will find the fabric, price, available colours and other details.

2. 2. Tell Us How You Would Like It Made

   You can have the dress made to your own measurements or, if you prefer, choose a standard size from our size chart. Whichever option you choose, we will still make the garment to your height.

   Customization — for height, size, shape or style — is free.

3. 3. Change The Style Shown

   The dress you see is only one way you can have it. You have options of necklines, sleeves and lengths, which you can select to suit you.

4. 4. Add Any Special Instructions

   If there is anything else you would like us to know about the fit or how you would like the garment made, you can tell us in the Special Instructions box.

5. 5. Review Your Choices

   Before adding the garment to your cart, review:

   • the dress you selected
   • your chosen size or measurements
   • your height
   • neckline
   • sleeve
   • length
   • colour, where applicable
   • any special instructions

6. 6. Add To Cart And Complete Your Order

   Once you are satisfied with your selections, add the garment to your cart and complete checkout in the usual way.

7. 7. We Review Your Order

   Once we receive your order, our team reviews the measurements, style selections and instructions before the garment goes into production. If anything needs clarification, we will contact you.

8. 8. Your Garment Is Made For You

   Your garment is then made specifically for your order, incorporating the size, height and style choices you have given us. Please allow the delivery time shown on the website.

9. 9. When Your Order Arrives

   Try the garment and see how it feels and fits. If you would like an alteration, a remake, or need help with anything about the garment, contact us and we will work with you. For full details, please see Returns and Alterations in the footer.
