Steps: How To Order

  1. 1. Choose A Dress

    Browse the PRESENCE collections and select the dress you would like to order. On the Product Page, you will find the fabric, price, available colours and other details.

  2. 2. Tell Us How You Would Like It Made

    You can have the dress made to your own measurements or, if you prefer, choose a standard size from our size chart. Whichever option you choose, we will still make the garment to your height.

    Customization — for height, size, shape or style — is free.

  3. 3. Change The Style Shown

    The dress you see is only one way you can have it. You have options of necklines, sleeves and lengths, which you can select to suit you.

  4. 4. Add Any Special Instructions

    If there is anything else you would like us to know about the fit or how you would like the garment made, you can tell us in the Special Instructions box.

  5. 5. Review Your Choices

    Before adding the garment to your cart, review:

    • the dress you selected
    • your chosen size or measurements
    • your height
    • neckline
    • sleeve
    • length
    • colour, where applicable
    • any special instructions

  6. 6. Add To Cart And Complete Your Order

    Once you are satisfied with your selections, add the garment to your cart and complete checkout in the usual way.

    Signing in and paying are explained in At Checkout below.

  7. 7. We Review Your Order

    Once we receive your order, our team reviews the measurements, style selections and instructions before the garment goes into production. If anything needs clarification, we will contact you.

  8. 8. Your Garment Is Made For You

    Your garment is then made specifically for your order, incorporating the size, height and style choices you have given us. Please allow the delivery time shown on the website.

  9. 9. When Your Order Arrives

    Try the garment and see how it feels and fits. If you would like an alteration, a remake, or need help with anything about the garment, contact us and we will work with you. For full details, please see Returns and Alterations in the footer.

At Checkout

To know first: you must sign in with your email and a password to place an order. The sign-in link we email you cannot be used for payment, for security reasons.

  1. 1. Open Your Cart

    Press Cart in the left-hand menu, then press Proceed to checkout. Your cart.

  2. 2. Sign In With Your Email And A Password

    This is required to place an order.

  3. 3. Fill In Your Shipping Address

    On the checkout page, under Shipping address, fill in Address, City, Region / State, Postcode, Country and Phone (for delivery).

  4. 4. Read The Terms, Then Tick The Box

    Beside the box there are three links: Terms of Use, Returns & Alterations and Privacy Policy. Each one opens in a new tab. Please read them first. Then tick the box that says I have read and agree to the Terms of Use, Returns & Alterations, and Privacy Policy. The button to place your order stays off until you tick it.

  5. 5. If You Have A Coupon Code

    Under Have a coupon?, type your code in the box (it looks like PR-XXXX-XXXX) and press Apply. The page then shows your code with the amount taken off. If you do not have a code, go to the next step.

  6. 6. Place Your Order

    If a coupon covers the whole order, the page says No payment needed — your coupon covers this order and the button reads Place order. You will not be asked for card details. Otherwise the button reads Continue to payment. The next screen, Payment, asks for your card.

  7. 7. Your Order Is Confirmed

    • The page says Your order is confirmed and shows your Order number, Status and Total paid.
    • Press View your order to follow it.
    • Later, sign in, press My Account in the left-hand menu, and look under Orders for View order.

If You Forgot Your Password

On the sign-in page press Forgot your password? (if you never had one, press Set a password instead), enter your email and press Send reset link. We email you a link. Open it, type your new password and press Set new password. Then go back to Sign In above and sign in with it. Reset your password.
