• body-shape information,

• and optional fit-related images or scans voluntarily submitted by customers.

2. Fit & Body Data

Fit-related information is collected solely for:

• garment customization,
• fit improvement,
• customer service,
• and product development purposes.

Optional scanning technologies or fit tools may be offered through third-party technology providers.

3. Identity Protection & Encryption

To protect customer privacy, personal identity information is separated from fit and manufacturing information shortly after order confirmation.

During the garment development and manufacturing process, teams work only with encrypted customer identifiers and do not have access to customer names, addresses, email IDs, or phone numbers.

Only at the shipping stage is identity information decoded by the system and provided to the logistics team for delivery purposes. The logistics team is not privy to fit, measurement, or body-shape information.

4. Security & Data Handling

PRESENCE takes commercially reasonable measures to safeguard customer information. However, no digital transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers may contact PRESENCE regarding:

• deletion requests,

subject to operational, legal, accounting, and order-related requirements.
