1. Made for You

Every PRESENCE garment is made specifically for the customer who orders it, using the measurements, body-shape information, scan data, and style selections provided to us.

Because each garment is made to order, standard returns, refunds, and exchanges do not apply in the same way they do for ready-made clothing.

We will, of course, take responsibility if the garment arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or has been made materially differently from the order confirmed by PRESENCE.

2. Fit

Fit is central to PRESENCE. We use measurement guidance, customization tools, scan information, and fit-related processes to help make the garment right for you.

Even so, fit depends on the accuracy of the information we receive and on personal preferences around ease, fall, and comfort.

If something does not feel right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a brief description of the issue. Our fit team will review it and advise the next step.

Where the issue is caused by a production, patterning, or measurement-processing error on our part, PRESENCE may arrange an alteration, repair, remake, or refund, as appropriate.

Where the issue is caused by incorrect or incomplete measurements, body-shape information, or style selections submitted by the customer, we will still try to help, but alteration, remake, or shipping costs may apply.

3. Garment Condition

To review a return or alteration request, the garment should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original labels and packaging, unless the issue relates to a defect or damage noticed on arrival.
